Dance taught me rhythm, flow, and storytelling. It gave me my first taste of creativity and the power to bring something beautiful to life just by being fully present in the moment.

As I grew older, that same creative energy started showing up in new ways — through natural hair and cooking. Both became outlets where I could express myself freely and connect with who I was becoming.

My natural hair journey wasn’t just about products or styles. It was about learning to embrace the beauty God already gave me. Every twist, every curl pattern, every routine taught me patience, care, and self-love. It reminded me that nurturing yourself, even in small ways, can be a powerful act of confidence and peace.
